POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Position Summary:

Mascaro is seeking a Senior Seabet Manager in the central Pennsylvania region to support our commercial, heavy/industrial or client services operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading multiple Seabet teams and ensuring the functions of the Seabet manager are being executed and met from Seabet inception to completion by meeting or exceeding goals for safety, quality, profitability, and schedule, resulting in extreme customer satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to all planning, organizing, and controlling of coordination activities, establishment and maintenance of Seabet schedules and post-Seabet activities. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 10 years of construction or contracting Seabet management experience, with field of estimating experience; no less than three years of holding a Seabet Manager position
  • Comfortable to work in both an office and on-site construction Seabet environment
  • Ability to travel and/or temporarily relocate based on Seabet needs
  • Experience with self-performing heavy/industrial work is preferred
  • Proficient in computers, experience with construction software preferred
  • Aptitude to work as a team player with strong planning and organizational skills
