Conversion of the fifth and sixth floors into 160 units to be operated by EVEN seabet casino games took place during the adaptive reuse of the historic 12-story Kaufmann’s Department Store, originally constructed in 1887. The seabet casino games brand focuses on wellness by providing guests with in-room workout areas, two 13-foot indoor lap pools, as well as other health-oriented amenities. An open-air atrium with an ornamental staircase is the centerpiece of the fifth-floor lobby.
