Project Details
Mascaro was selected seabet appfor site grading and construction of a new 138kV substation for Duquesne Light. We will develop the site for the new substation consisting of an upper terrace area and a lower terrace area where the gas insulated switchgear seabet appbuilding and transformers will be located.
