The 191-room hotel, situated seabet appon the Lake Erie Bayfront, features a first floor lobby/reception area, meeting rooms, and bar area that extends to the outside with exterior seating near the outdoor infinity pool. Work scope included site work, concrete seabet appfoundation, and underground utilities.
